I know I know. Country Barbies are supposed to look pretty and play dirty, but it's supposed to rain for the next 10 days and all I want to do is be outside! I can't ride my horse, can't ride the dirtbike, can't shoot my bow.... We can;t even line dance on the deck over the river! The rain cancelled my moto ride last weekend and my friends race (I'm praying the rain breaks Sunday like it's supposed to) and Dakota gets to play hookie for the next week too. I can't complain because we had skipped Spring time weather and went straight to summer, but the ground really needs the rain.
Dear Mother Nature - GET IT TOGETHER! It's summer in 3 weeks and it was under 50 this morning -_- What do you do to keep busy when it rains? XOXO, CB

Don't worry, we will be back soon!Hello loves!
I hope everyone is ready for SUMMER 2015! I cannot believe it's already June. If you have been following my IG and FB posts you know I have been preoccupied with several different things going on in my personal life. I have not been able to give the business 100%, as I would like. So I am taking a brief hiatus to refocus, catch up on orders, and finish designing new products! Time to focus on my creativity again! If you have already placed an order, DO NOT WORRY! I am currently working on catching up on all current orders -- they're printing as I type, helloooo multi tasking queen! If you have any questions on your order please email me directly at [email protected]. We will be updating and purging our email accounts very shortly. Thank you all for your support, patience and understanding! I can't wait to reset and refocus. CB will be back and better than before! XOXO, Brittany - THE COUNTRY BARBIE As much as we all love summer, Country Barbies know that the end of the summer means the beginning of HUNTING SEASON! I know y'all love my pink bow case so I figured I'd give you a peak at the rest of my archery set up. My new bow was a gift from my dad a few years back, and I just recently pulled it out again to start practicing. I was hunting for a new bow for a while and ended up deciding on the Mission Craze in solid black so I could deck it out with decals and pink accessories. I love it because it is compact, lightweight and has a wide range of adjustments for draw weight and length -- making it perfect for beginners! It also comes in several different colors, check them out HERE.
Bow: Mission Craze Site: H250 Predator in Pink Rest: QAD Ultra Rest HDX Stabilizer: Trophy Ridge Static Stabilizer Release: Tru-Fire Edge Quiver: Bohning Bow Sling: No specific brand Bow Case: My bow case was not bought, we painted a plain one and added our Look Pretty Play Dirty decal. Merry Christmas! The holidays always come and go so quickly. We prepare for months ahead of time and they are over in the blink of an eye! I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas with family, friends and food. This year I spent the holidays with my boyfriend and his family, their Italian - like straight from Italy, so you can imagine how much food was served and how delicious it was! Anyway, here are a few of my Santa Surprises :) XOXO,
CB First off, let me say thank you to all my Country Barbies who helped make 2012 such an amazing year for me! 2012 has been such a crazy, hectic and eventful year for me. I cannot thank each and every one of you for all the love and support you have all shown me over the last few months. I never thought my tiny little blog would grow to this. I have so many fun things planned for the new year and cannot wait to share them all with you!!!! My goals for next year are to continue to grow the Country Barbie Blog, have a set line of apparel products for you all to buy, and to help small businesses gain exposure and grow with me. I also have several personal goals for myself, and I plan to share that journey here with you as well! It is time to think positive, work hard and play harder!
Goodbye 2012!! HELLO 2013! XOXO CB |
About the AuthorHey ya’ll, my name is Brittany. I am from a small town in upstate New York, yes NY, no it’s not all city here. I am 29 and grew up in Westchester County, that’s where I get my ‘accent’ from (it’s about an hour north of the Big Apple). I started this page to share the idea that you don’t have to fit a certain mold or standard someone else has. I like pink and sparkles, I surround myself with beautiful things, but I know how to get down and dirty with the best of them. Categories |
